Our firm inspected and designed repairs to the east and north facades. The building facade is representative of art deco style architecture and the limestone cladding is of many different representative size pieces, and includes decorative terra cotta spandrels. Complex steel supporting ideas had to be implemented to accommodate the deteriorated steel sections and support a multitude of different stone sizes. Building is historic State of City Landmark.
