Our firm provided critical inspection services to the building and designed and oversaw construction of minor tuckpointing repairs. We designed and implemented a complete concrete/terracotta/steel cornice restoration. The building façade is considered a landmark by both the State and City, making restoration extremely critical, as preserving the historic appearance of the cornice was paramount.
