Our firm in a joint effort with Voy Madeyski Architects, Ltd. teamed up to design a new 4-story condominium residence. The structure consisted of load bearing masonry and wood floor diaphragms. One of the main featured highlights with this project was the steel arched truss, added to the project by the architect as an eye catcher to the property, required special attention from the structural engineer in following with structural steel bridge truss design.

We provided the following services:

  • Structural Engineering Design, Modeling & Analysis for new building design and Elaborate Steel Truss per the Architect.
Ornate architectural detail on a historic building's facade.
Ceiling with a large damaged hole exposing insulation and pipes.
Tall urban buildings reaching into a bright blue sky.
