MUELLER & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING, LLC (MA) Mueller & Associates oversaw waterproofing replacement at the main 8th and penthouse level terraces.  Both terraces wrap the entire building and are infiltrating into the commercial spaces causing excessive interior damage.  In addition, a leak investigation was completed at the north penthouse level main window and corrective actions were outlined for the building in taking corrective action.  MA was the EOR and the special inspector for all projects. Services provided: A Full wrap-around terrace waterproofing and the application of the new NOA approved paver system, a Concrete repair as the Florida Licensed Special Inspection, and Miscellaneous Leak Investigations.
