Mueller & Associates (MA) designed and oversaw complete exterior façade concrete restoration to exposed concrete columns and spandrel beams.  Construction at the two high-rise towers spanned over a two–year period.  In addition, MA performs continued inspections of the facades as mandated by the Building Department.
