This is a Subgrade concrete parking garage restoration at 1410 North Sheridan Condominiums.
Brief Project Overview
MUELLER & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING, LLC (MA) provided professional engineering services as required to restore the basement-level parking garage. Special design consideration had to be given to waterproofing the main structural deck, supporting the front drop-off and parking area, as the waterproofing system had to be able to perform under new asphalt surfacing. Services provided included an investigation and testing of the existing concrete substrate, construction and bid document preparations, and Bidding services.
