Mueller and Associates Consulting, LLC is a full-service structural engineering firm providing sound, creative and efficient Structural Analysis and Design services for New Construction, Renovations and Structural Building Modifications. In addition to our design expertise, our services also cover a wide range of building envelope-related items. Our many years of experience with multiple building cladding components and materials, allows us to present CUTTING-EDGE, cost-effective repair options to our clients.

ASSESSMENT, EVALUATION & PLANNING

The ability of our firm to think outside the box, in the assessment, evaluation and planning of your building design, modification and/or restoration project, will provide your building with the most cost effective solution. MA understands that proper assessment and evaluation of your building project will be important in putting together the best engineering plan for implementation at your property. In many instances the planning / phasing of your building project can and most often is constrained by budgets. In working with a buildings budget MA understands that a project may sometimes need to be evaluated and planned over a period of several years.

MA's extensive experience related to exterior building envelopes and our knowledge of how things are put together allows us to provide cutting edge support to your building in addressing leaks, repairing / replacing your roof, windows, waterproofing systems inside planters, buried and non-buried waterproofing systems, structural concrete swimming pools.

In regard to the buildings exterior facade MA has extensive structural design experience in the restoration of historic masonry facades consisting of terra cotta, limestone or other stone cladding types, CMU and brick, newer metal curtain wall systems and stucco over CMU / concrete.

MA's extensive expertise in the design and specification of the building roofing systems allows us to implement the best possible roofing system for your building.

Over the years, MA has discovered leaks in locations that most properties would not have imagined that they could occur, thereby allowing the building to not expend monies on items not leaking and address the actual source. In most instances the actual leak discovered is much more of an affordable repair verses the item that the leak was through to emanate from.

MA is a strong advocate of communication and feels that it is the most important component of any project, as a result enforces this in a most accurate and efficient manner. MA will handle all communication between the parties involved in the project, as well as with the community.

As your Project manager MA is prepared to attend the board meetings and discuss progress and logistics of the project with the homeowners, ensuring awareness. MA's top priority is to protect the community and to uphold the associations fiduciary responsibility. As your representative MA will ensure to hold all parties accountable for the expected timely performance to prevent delays, change orders and other construction related issues.
