Our Firm performed investigation, construction documents and specifications in preparation to bidding replacement of roofing at main roof. Our role involved system design and Florida Licensed Special Inspector. Special constraints included the use of a hot mop to accommodate a built up SBS system over an existing wood deck.

We provided the following services:

  • Roofing Investigation, Restoration documents and Construction admin as SI
  • Multiple leak Investigation
