Our firm oversaw full exterior restoration, coupled with roof replacement of the north and south towers, structural swimming pool restoration at the south tower, pool deck restoration at the south tower, and two 70 Ton RTU replacement as the engineer of record, project manager and Florida licensed special inspector. The scope, duration and magnitude of this project required the application of our team of professionals.
