Our firm oversaw waterproofing replacement at the main 8th and penthouse level terraces. Both terraces wrap the entire building and are infiltrating into the commercial spaces causing excessive interior damages. In addition leak investigation was completed at the north penthouse level main window and corrective actions were outlined for the building in taking corrective action. We were the EOR and the special inspector for all projects.
