Our firm and oversaw construction of the 40 Year, Structural Restoration work at the property. The Building is historical to Miami Beach and our structural engineering expertise had to be utilized in restoration the front parapet extended eyebrow. 

We provided the following services: 

• 40 Year Structural and Electrical Recertification 
• Historical Exterior Restoration of the front main façade is restoring the structural steel eyebrow, extending above the top of the parapet wall. 
• Exterior Façade Restoration and structural repairs in following the 40-year re-certification.
