Mezzanine Floor Slab Infill 50 East Chestnut Avenue
Our firm in a joint effort with Box Studios Architects teamed up to modify the first and second floor retail space of an existing high rise, concrete framed building. Design considerations required structural analysis of existing concrete columns and footings of building previously designed by Halverson Partners Structural. JBS properties the owner of the space also needed a new elevator lift and steel stair.
