Our firm designed and oversaw exterior restoration of the building exterior. Key elements of the restoration project was the decorative corner quoins, many of which were not properly anchored to the back up and the large number of post tension cable pockets – never completed by the developer of the building.

We provided the following services:

• Exterior Structural concrete repairs. 
•  Exterior Restoration of the Large corner quoins on the building facades. 
• Restoration of poorly done and not completed post tensioned cable pockets. 
• Design documents for structural pool and pump room restoration
