Concrete Parking Garage Restoration
Our firm provided professional engineering services as required to restore the upper and lower level parking decks and ramps associated with the building parking garage. Water infiltration, multiple layers of existing waterproofing, planter boxes and the severity of concrete deterioration prompted the need for specialized concrete restoration program in order to extend the life of the parking structure. The waterproofing system design incorporated planter’s integral with the parking structure.
