Our firm in a joint effort with Randy B. Pruyn NCARB AIA teamed up to design addition to an existing 100 year old masonry structure. Special foundation underpinning conditions proved to be a challenge, as the existing building foundations were comprised of large stone rubble. Other building modifications included the addition of an elevator, second level pool and sun deck and structural modifications to the existing chimney

We provided the following services:
