Our firm completed the design and oversaw the pool deck restoration project for the community association. Some unique aspects of the project included stabilizing an existing slab–on-grade pool deck exhibiting multiple settlement issues. Engineering of a finish system for the surface.

We provided the following services: 

• Stabilizing existing slab on grade 
• Designing new finished system for pool deck surface 
• Repairing expansion joint systems between slab-on-grade and structural deck
