Ocean Point 21-26 Concrete Balcony Restoration

Our firm performed inspection oversight of repairs to the concrete balconies and structural engineering re-design of required jamb reinforcing for hurricane wind forces. Work included re anchoring of the existing balcony doors to conform to the City of Notification of Acceptance (NOA) for Hurricane design and structural modification of the balcony door jambs in order to be able to transfer hurricane wind design loading.
